I am new to the area, I have a 2021 Honda and have only dealt with my dealership I bought it at so figured I needed to continue working with a dealership. I went in for oil change and an inspection. I keep up on all maintenance. They said my battery is bad need a new one $200, need an alignment 180 and many other things, I didn’t get those things and paid $600 still. Chose to decline additional things they said I needed. Today I went to get an alignment at les swab and they said I did not need one!!! What? They said it was severe and needed it immediately? Not trying to be long winded but when I dropped my car off at Wittmeier I had mentioned I was on a budget because o was purchasing tires from Costco. When he called to tell me that I needed the alignment and everything else he made sure to tell me I absolutely did not need new tires, but this is what I need. He was trying to make me believe I did not need tires so that I would use the money to pay for these other things! Lie I absolutely need new tires!! I will never go back to this place ever again. I will travel out of town to get to a Honda dealership to do my services.

I took my car in for a recall on my Honda Civic 2023. I got my car in there in a timely manner and it was done in a timely manner, like to give a shout out to Kalvin my service advisor He answers all my questions I ask, and he goes over in detail what was done to my car and technicians that worked on my car thank you!

Broad Latina chick tried selling my lady a car. Very pushy and one of her favorite statements was "you're gonna lose the car" when we did not feel like signing. Funny enough, we were told they sell plenty of civics so i'd imagine that another one would come around when we are ready. Somehow we got the best deal possible in her words the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth time she gave us a rate. Though, the rate was awesome the last time it was offered. A difference of 150 bucks per month. Also, did not ask me any questions to prescreen me as a qualified co-signer. I was truly niave to trust a car sale woman. Never bought a car through dealership or a home, just a high credit score. All she had to ask was wether I had a history of credit but she instead just hard checked my credit. Very happy at Honda Roseville for the same car, newer model, less miles, great service record, and less dollars.

Calvin (I believe that was his name), was horrible at communicating, was always rude on the phone, and would sigh and get frustrated when I tried to ask questions about what needed to be done with my car. They never really called until I got on their butts about what needed to be done, once it was done they started blowing up my phone that my car was ready to be picked up. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with the service area/workers. From now on I'll be going out of my way to take my car to Honda in Yuba City. The only good experience I've ever had was with the sales people in 2018 and 2023. Prior to this visit I've had two other issues with the service people, claiming nothing was wrong with my car but to take a video of the issue or wait for it to get worse. Also had issues a few years ago with the rental car I had gotten through them and they tried to scam me about a tire.

Wittmeier is the BEST!! 5 Stars just isn’t enough! I’ve been doing business with them since 1998! Adam, Shane, Ben and especially Dominic made both my New Vehicle purchases easy & stress free. From Order to delivery of both my Cars everything went Smooth! They kept me informed throughout the process & when I went in to pickup each I was done & outta there in no time. My wife & I have two special needs boys and I feel much safer with them in our New Safer Cars from Wittmeier! Thank you!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. It’s actually difficult to decide what issue to detail first. Most recently the finance department is unreachable. Countless voicemails and messages. I am trying to cancel a warranty we were forced into buying to avoid over charges that other dealerships were charging at the time. I know that me canceling any warranty will affect the dealership since they will need to return the amount paid, so I get why that’s not the speediest call returned, but 3 weeks is a little much. Especially since those things are probably prorated/ calculated daily. Have I paid for something I asked to be removed 3 weeks ago? Will they be able to retro back to the date I requested?... Who knows, probably not. After venting to a receptionist about it taking 2+ weeks to hear back from the messages left she said “Oh yeah 2 weeks isn’t actually that bad, we have people waiting way longer to return a call”…. So if that is any indication of the vibe I’d stay away. This isn’t my first purchase here but it will be my last. The car I bought- a ’22 pilot has had a glitch in the screen since almost the week we purchased. After the service department not being able to “replicate” the issue (and leaving me with an empty tank of gas despite dropping it off almost full), we have had to just live with it. I don’t know how they can’t replicate it since it is every time I get in the car I see it. There is one associate in service, Calvin. He is always empathetic to the issues and seems to actually care about you as a person. Otherwise, everyone else there is the truest definition and cliché of a sleezy car salesman. They are very very invested in getting you into a car, however as soon as you leave you are the lowest priority on the totem pole, god forbid you need help or assistance with the car they just sold you. There are so many additional details to this whole mess; it would be simpler just to caution you to avoid this place.

Highly would not recommend if you don’t live IN Chico. I bought my car here in May and everything was great besides a side piece that was missing on my passenger door. I noticed after I left that my brakes were squeaking very badly. I took it back about 2 weeks later, they proceeded to try and charge me 300-400 dollars after I had explained to them multiple times I just bought the car here and it should be free because the brakes were not my doing. After waiting 7 hours for my car, and having to walk from a food place about a mile away in the 100 degree heat back to the building, they finally understood that I had a warranty and my car was supposedly “fixed.” That was not the case, they didn’t fix it at all so I wasted my whole day for absolutely nothing and got it fixed somewhere else. After 6 months of waiting for my side piece to my door, it finally came in and drove back to Chico from where I live. (an hour and a half away). I got there at 10am and they said my car wouldn’t be done until 5pm. After finally getting the part on, they accidentally snapped off one of the connector pieces so now they would have to order an additional piece to make it fit properly and be correct. I told them not to bother because I would not be returning to this establishment. When they did try to give me my car back, I noticed the door panel wasn’t on all the way so they had to take it back AGAIN and put it back on properly. If I hadn’t noticed it, they would have given my car back to me with a half on door panel. when they came back they said that they didn’t do it and i would have to come back yet another day. I’ve never been more frustrated with a place before and will never be returning.
