I gave 5 stars because they do an excellent job with reliable pickup and repairs or replacement of damaged equipment. I just wanted to know why they stopped sending emails about holiday service. I received a rude awakening on the 4th. ? Keep up the good work. Special "Shout Out" to the drivers for being safe and courteous !!

Useally good today ripped down the internet line off the power pole and tried being quick out instead of telling us. Luckly was off work today and all he said was i called dispatch and left. Couldnt get ahold of anyone at WM, and Xfinity wasent notified about line down until i called them. Very upset

I have been a customer of WM for years and I can't remember once having any problems. They have always been great. They are not some small "Mom and Pop" start up or some "Good Ol Boys" trying to just squeak by. WM has perfected the world of waste management. Professional, timely, attentive and forward thinking.

Great service! Always do the job and on time. Always leave trash bin right where I left it in an upright position. I mention this because I often see other's bins laying in ditches or along the roadside. Not mine! Thank you WM!

Great service! I signed up for text notification for holiday's & weather related delays. My only issue is this; sometimes pickup times are changed with no notification. This is likely due to schedule changes or driver changes, but I need to be notified so I get the trash to the street on time.

Recently, I received.an email stating garbage pickup would be delayed by 24 hrs. My pickup is on Mondays. Well, it wasn't 24 hrs, it was late Monday evening. They did a great job.

Most of the time the service is excellent, but apparently some drivers are careless and throw the containers down. Several times this has happened to me and/or my neighbors. Today's service was fine.
