Sara & Andria at the front desk are lovely! Knowledgable, kind and helpful for any issue big or small. Chris & Zane (maintenance) have been awesome! So nice to have your maintenance technician arrive prepared, and actually fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time (in my case, same-day).
The property is so well managed and maintained that our move-in "issues" can barely be categorized as such.

I love that the whole team also lives on-site. Making them more like a helpful neighbor than staff. Thanks to this team of helpful neighbors, my husband, dog and I have been here for 3-weeks and it already feels like home!

We lived here for 3 years, and we loved the fact that the maintenance and managers were on top of things here. All the reported maintenance we requested were answered right away. Managers were just an email away. The only things that we didn't like were how creaky our floors were and sometimes the parking spots would be taken by visitors for the weekend. But other than those things, the neighbors are friendly and kept to themselves. I would recommend this place to friends and family that are looking for a place. Thank you for the team that made this place wonderful!

We just recently moved to the Woodcreek Apartments and so far, the community has been very pleasure and a friendly atmosphere. It’s a safe quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly. Clean and well-maintained landscape. The gym and pool are well kept and available at all times. We especially love the apartment management team who are always there when we need assistance, if you’re looking for a new apartment, we highly recommend visiting The Woodcreek Apartments.

We've been living at Woodcreek for 3 years and it has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and responsive, the community is kind and clean, and the homes are nice.

Shout out to Chris from maintenance for his speed and professionalism. When our water heater broke in the middle of the night he came out within the hour and got it fixed right away and has checked back in repeatedly to make sure things were still working. The speed and quality of service from Chris is far above anything I've had with any other rental community and has been a major reason we've stayed.

I just moved into this community, and I've been very happy with my experience so far. Sara and Michelle have both been great to work with and have made the move in experience smooth and easy. I did a lot of research looking at apartments and houses in the area, and Woodcreek really stood out from the rest. Apartments are well maintained, there are a lot of windows, and the complex set up/layout is overall is very cozy. Overall, excited to live here! 🙂

We have been here just over a year and overall are quite happy. It is a good community with nice common areas and generally courteous residents. Our interactions with the on-site management team have been very positive. We have submitted a few maintenance requests and all were resolved promptly. As property managers Sara and Michelle are professional, proactive, and engaged. We recently decided to stay for another year and Michelle was very gracious in helping us switch to a unit that better fit our needs. We are looking forward to another year of pleasant living.

October 2024 - Update.

Had taken only a 6 month lease in February of this year because I wanted to be sure I was comfortable in my rental townhome and the community Well, I love it and just signed a new lease for a full year this past August. Pretty, quiet, well maintained, lovely office management staff and maintenance requests handled quickly and very well. Very friendly feeling here.

March 2023 - Moved into Woodcreek apartment/townhouses about a month ago. Very happy with my decision, and I had looked at a lot of places in both Poulsbo and Silverdale. Pretty, very well kept, quiet community. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful office staff. Responsive, efficient maintenance personnel, but I’ve only needed them once for a minor issue. Nice amenities too.
