Gated Community? Pet friendly? Kid Friendly? BBQ area with tables and chairs already there? Outdoor Pool? Friendly Staff? Safe area/location? Updated and not outdated with minor facelifts? And, it's in amazing location with shops, parks, and minutes from Old Town and the Steinbeck Center (5 min), as well as short drives to freeways (5 minutes to 101 or 183, 15 minutes to Hwy 1, 3 minutes to 68), the beach (15-20 min), the Monterey Airport (12-15 min), ? WOW! Why haven't you moved in yet? Highly, highly recommend this place. No regrets moving here... I'm sure you won't either! Don't believe me? Take the tour and check it out for yourself! Just touring with the Onsite Manager makes you want to move it. Seriously, check the area out.

There are many good things about this apartment. The site manager is really nice, but couldn't offer me any reprieve for the problems going on. When I moved into woodside apartments with my new wife and our dog Chloe we were really excited. It is a beautiful place and we they had 8 washers laundry room and a swimming pool. They said where the tennis courts were there would be something else soon. The construction for that area and their new office started right away and has been going on for several months. They took away part of the large washer room and now there are only 4 washers. Also because of construction the pool was open only a month this summer. There was also a break in and the laundry went down to 1 washer machine and there was no communication about that. The security cameras that are supposed to be keeping us safe are down which they also didn't tell us. There seems to be no idea when the construction is going to be done and an overall lack of communication. They added a dog park, but never said that is was available for use. They also put the gates for the dog park in the wrong spots..... who is managing this construction?

Don’t rent from this place. I moved out in January. On move out “inspection” they only looked in the oven and refrigerator. I got an invoice saying they were keeping 1/3 of my deposit for utilities that should have been paid at the beginning of January with the rent. THEY NEVER SENT MY DEPOSIT AND DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MESSAGES.

I really enjoy living here at woodside its very small the pool and bbq area sure are a plus. But most of all i fell that my family is safe here
