We loved our stay at the Canyon Crest Lodge (it's the second WOW property we stayed in)! Everything about the house was absolutely perfect. We very much enjoyed breathtaking views from the deck while sitting around the fire table. The layout of the house was perfect, kitchen very nice, everything clean and shiny. Rental company is terrific - very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

This lovely home is situated right on the lake and was spacious enough to accommodate three families with young children. We really appreciated the large open plan family/dining/kitchen area where everyone could gather and enjoy the antics of the babies. Each family had their own king-sized bed with private bathroom – with even a bedroom left over. The house, and particularly the kitchen is really well appointed and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. Best of all really is the location with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset right out the window. No matter the amount of bustle in town you can quickly return to the serenity and quiet in a matter of minutes. The house was perfectly clean, the management was responsive and we all agreed that we want to come back in the summer.

Wonderful experience with WOW Vacation Rentals. Staff where very professional and making all aspects of trip planning easy and pleasant. The communicated with me prior to the visit, provided very helpful information and tips- easing my anxieties about traveling during Covid-19 pandemic. The property was amazing! Staff members where responsive to any questions and concerns. Although I packed so that so that I would not have to compromise on personal comforts, I was pleased to see the kitchen tools and supplies meet my picky standards. The home was very clean and cozy. The details exceeded the needs of my large family. Would definitely recommend and plan to use WOW Rentals again!

What a great experience!! Over the years we have rented at least 10 places in Big Bear and have never had an experience like this from Wow Rentals. Ryan and his team were incredible and made everything seamless. It was similar to staying at a 5 star hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable and all the amenities that you could imagine. We rented a cabin in Big Bear last weekend. How nice it was to come to a warm, clean house. Grateful for Wowrentals stuff to make it so easy. They send a message prior to our arrivals, we were in close communication a day if the arrival, it was just perfect! The property is gorgeous!

My family had a blast in our stay at Big Bear. Wow Rentals gave us a very smooth check in process. They are very accommodating they allow us to have an early check in. I even park our extra car in their office. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend booking with them. We will definitely come back.
