We have been very pleased with the services provided by Xepco Properties and the work that they have done for us by managing our condo in Palm Valley over the past several years. We receive a monthly report on revenue, expenditures, balances, etc. If there is a maintenance problem, we are notified immediately and if the solution necessary is over the predetermined amount, they are in touch with us asap. We do not have to worry about the property knowing that Xepco is on top of everything necessary to ensure a smooth operation. Thank you to Xepco and we appreciate the quality customer service. If I can give 0 stars I would, very unprofessional company. 3 applicants for a rental that make more then 3x the rent like they ask. They tell us last minute that they do not accept 3 incomes only two after being in this application process for 4 days. Unacceptable, they also have really bad communication with their clients. This would have been our second time renting with them but never again!!
