Nice staff but poor management. I reserved a trailer with two weeks notice. They didn’t have it when I came in. Had to settle for less so I wouldn’t let my customer down.

Very unprofessional. We returned the trailer with brand new tires and they are charging us for tire replacement because they deemed them to not be of "equal quality" but they never specified what brand was acceptable / unacceptable.

Suppose to have received a 2018 trailer to rent instead they gave me a 2010, called about it on a Thursday said mon would be ready then they only had a 2010 available, sick cause I needed to hit the road to make money, top it off the week I received the trailer was inspection week, and it look horrible. Yikes
