I paid 6 months advanced rent because of my credit. Property manager drove by to spy not only on me, but to several others she rented. Would leave 3 day notice to move if 1day late, charged me for things I didn’t break. I went without a heat for 3 yrs because the owner of the house didn’t want to pay for additional work that needed to be done, until SDGE was notified. I felt like a total prisoner in the home I rented. I kept hearing popping coming from electrical panel, the owner hired a non licensed electrician and the panel burnt out twice and they didn’t believe until, home owners insurance company came out and said I could of burnt down. Worst experience.ever

If I could give this property management zero stars, I would. Please believe the negative but truthful reviews. Most importantly, please beware of Shady Suzzane. She is disrespectful, rude, and highly unprofessional towards tenants. They will swear they’ve hired cleaners prior to your arrival, yet you’ll find a home that is damaged and dirty upon moving in. There has been roaches since day 1. When we confronted her about it, she was extremely condescending. She insinuated WE were the dirty ones. She refused to hire an exterminator. We were threatened with legal action multiple times and forced to live in a property that was uninhabitable. She also began to spy on us, and let herself in to the home unannounced. It’s been a very uncomfortable and scary experience. Do not use your hard earned money to rent from or invest in Suzanne Yavorsky’s management company if you value yourself, your peace & your privacy.

Do not let this company manage your rental. They refuse to provide any pictures of your property, answer any questions and are very aggressive in communication. I wouldn't be surprised if they sublet properties or if they have friends and family move in to these properties, hard to tell because they don't let you see your property and threaten legal action. Looks like they don't treat tenants great either judging from other reviews.

If I could give this management zero stars, I honestly would, but unfortunately, that isn't an option. They are disrespectful and highly unprofessional to the tenants who rent from them. They give you a home that is damaged and dirty upon moving in. If you ask them to fix something while you are living there, they will refuse and say if you have an issue, you can move out. After you move out, they will milk every penny from you it's absolutely ridiculous. The lady that runs this back door business is truly a scammer. She is so desperate for money that she will truly commit anything to get it. I actually feel sorry for the people who hire them. If only they knew how shady the company was, they would run the opposite direction. Plus, the pre-moveout inspection is a scam just like everything else about them. They will literally break things in the property and hold you responsible for it. Beware of shady suzzane and her fraudulent business.

Yavorsky Properties has been my property manger for many years. Yes, they screen tenants and do background checks but a rental is a major investment. I do not it trashed or being known as the party house. The team gives me a "piece of mind" when something needs a repair. Their contractors make immediate repairs that are fixed correctly, the first time. My property is reviewed annually to insure that the tenant is keeping it in a well cared condition. I know that I will receive my check on time and have professional accounting through the year. Communication is excellent!

My family and I moved to San Diego three years ago, and we have been renting a property with Yavorsky Properties the entire time. Suzanne, Diane, and Natalie have been easy to work with on a number of different occasions, and all were stress-free from a tenant’s perspective.
