This review is long overdue. Summer 2018 I visited my daughter and family in Yelm. Their yard definitely needed clean up! I called Yelm Property Development LLC. They came out the day I called, gave an accurate and reasonable price, then started work early the next morning, and finished the day after that. Work involved removing sod, dirt, and buried debris. They brought in clean fill. After their final grade the yard slopes as it should. This project required various types of equipment. The knowledgeable team was so well coordinated there was no down time. I can't praise their work enough...they are good, honest, hardworking, caring people......an answer to my prayers! Thanks men...because of you, I was able to enjoy my vacation.

Chris and his team have brought me several loads of fill and top soil. As well as removed other in wanted materials from my place. He has been very courteous, kind and patient with all my questions. I will be using him again for more dirt work.

FYI he sells fill and top soil and can deliver.
