People, beware of YCH Pigneto apartments, we were robbed by the staff of this apartment and they lie that they didn't take any money. It is simply incomprehensible and absurd. We wanted to protect ourselves from street robbers, but these people are even worse.

Very beautiful, modern and clean apartment.
The price is realy good too. We are satisfied and we will come back and recommend it to everyone. The neighborhood is secure and fancy. The door to the apartment was the most secure door i ever see in my life. You just feel home and safe. The nearby shops and restaurants are all delicious and not pricey. And you are near to all tourist hotspots and sightseeings. 1 minute walk and you will find everything you need.

The concierge service is available i think 24/7.

The best houses in Rome! every time I go there I rent a different one, and so far the service has been great. The flats are very beautiful and elegantly decorated. Last time I went there I was staying in the charming flat near the Colosseum, it was literally 10 minutes walking from it! A great authentic roman experience. Thank you!

AVOID! Dishonest & disrespectful. Firstly, we booked what looked like a fresh and modern apartment in Rome. Don't be fooled by its interior and fresh photos as its in a bad residential area on the backstreets. Dirty and unsafe. The communal stairs were scruffy, the lift was tiny and wouldn't fit a baby buggy and in fact, could only fit cases length ways. Almost unusable. The apartment itself was okay, there are signs of wear and tear but overall they did cater for a lot of things over and above such as a baby crib, mattresses I have a thing for and they felt/looked brand new and comfortable with protectors on. Towels were freshly laundered and seemed new. Kettle was stupid being a stove oldschool kettle but overall kitchen had everything we needed.
We then had a few AWFUL nights sleep. The apartment above us seemed to be up at ALL hours. We had signs of this when waiting to check in stood outside there was a loud man hanging out of his window constantly talking/shouting loudly. unfortunately, this continued at ALL hours until 3am on one night. The banging, laughing etc kept waking our baby. It ruined the stay as we were knackered.

The BIG issue and concern is the dishonesty and disrespect that followed our stay. When we arrived, things were worn/old despite looking modern on Air B&B pics. The sofa has wear and tear on the leather where the leather hadn't been ripped but had worn and caused stress marks. A few weeks after we left, a claim came through from Air B&B to state we had apparently damaged the sofa and caused these wear and tear issues but as 'rips'. They sent 2 photos as their evidence. Neither photo could you see any damage to the sofa. 1 photo was clearly an old photo showing the living room on a very old camera phone years ago (poor pixels) it showed blinds closed, none of our belongings. Then, the second photo showed another angle where you couldn't see the sofa showing our apparent damage. In this photo the blinds were open, cushions and ornaments were in different locations. The case was poor. They tried to scam £1500 out of us for a new sofa! It is rude and cheeky and a disgusting way to try and get money from guests to replace worn out items. BEWARE!!!!!

UPDATE - air b & b claim was refused. The fact they try to claim the cheap £300 sofa was worth 1500 was laughable but in the reply they try to claim they’re not the apartment owner which isn’t true. Trying to pass the blame. Don’t be so dishonest next time and also, I hope you’ve sorted the noise upstairs out!

Had a quite unfortunate experience with them ...

First tried to contact them on the AirBnb page of the apartment. After 1 message, they stopped responding me.

Then my girlfriend tried to contact them again on AirBnB, same story.

Found the apartment on their own website, and asked the same questions, did not receive any answer before I called them to ask about it.

We were then promised the apartment by mail, but shortly after, we noticed that the apartment was booked by somebody else. Note, we had to find this out ourselves, we received nothing from the company until we asked them about the situation.
And then we were told that somebody else had booked it, and that we could not have it. After we were told we could have it.

Generally, very poor communication skills.

Ho affittato una casa a Roma in zona molto comoda al centro, abbiamo sempre girato a piedi o con i mezzi nonostante avessimo la macchina, proprio perché l'appartamento era situato in una posizione molto strategica. La casa era perfetta, esattamente come nelle foto del sito. La gentilezza del personale che ci ha accolti ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole! Nulla di negativo da dire, consiglio i loro alloggi a chiunque voglia farsi una vacanza nella bella Roma! Grazie a Carmela per i consigli sui ristoranti!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, appena rimodernato e in un'ottima posizione. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e davvero disponibili. Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente meraviglioso e ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!!
