Our experience with Woodson Realty was a good one, with a few challenges along the way. David has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market in East County and has lots of experience. David is very good at marketing, and he marketed the condo through a lot of channels. David is also very good at pricing and negotiating. He was sometimes hard to reach, and it seemed that he may have had too much on his plate. His assistant, Bonnie, did a good job of covering for him. Overall, things turned out well.
