Yusef is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT you can have during one of the most important decisions of your life. He hustles and goes the extra mile to make things move, he is patient in answering all your questions no matter how redundant. He is creative and so knowledge about the entire process and as a BIG BONUS he is so knowledgeable about the “bones” of a home, any remodeling questions, construction/contractor type questions- he is so knowledgeable. His judgement is spot on. I found this quality in him to be so insightful and reassuring especially during the inspection process of my home purchase. He wants to see your dreams come true and brings a human side to the entire process which can be very calming during times when it feels overwhelming. Exceptional experience. Yusef assisted me when I was buying my first piece of land to develop. He did an exceptional job at being responsive and keeping me in the loop and up to date on changes. Short version: Yusef was awesome helping us get into our first home. Long Version: Yusef was a great asset for us buying our first home. We started looking about a year ago in a very casual process as we had no pressure to move but wanted a house of our own. We were very particular with what we wanted so the housing choices for us were very limited. Whenever we wanted the details on a property or to schedule a showing anywhere in the county, he was on it same day. His collaboration center was very spot on showing us what we were looking for in a house. After missing out on several properties due to the insane sellers market of 2020-2021, we finally got an offer accepted and the second phase of buying a house kicked in. After escrow started, the buyers asked for a quicker escrow. Yusef and his team were able to get everything done without hesitation. His knowledge and resources during escrow ensured we knew everything up front regarding the house and got everything we requested fixed. His professionalism in dealing with the sellers agent was so much appreciated by the sellers, they left us some furniture we had our eye on for free for making the transaction so smooth for them...and us!

It will probably take a year or so to remove the smiles off our faces or until that first tax bill comes in 🙂 but we cannot thank Yusef enough for making this a dream come true for us.

So, if you are looking for a fantastic real estate professional, this is you guy. Yusef has helped me both buy and sell a home. He was great at finding a home that met our needs and when it came to selling, he went above an beyond what you might expect from a realtor. I won’t go into all detail of the extra stuff that he did, or the trouble that Yusef helped resolve, but they ranged from an unexpected water leak and damage during the selling process, and multiple funding problem with the buyer that required a lot of hand holding. Yusef did it all with great grace and calm, and had answers at every turn. I had thought I’d do a “for sale by owner” but I so thankful I didn’t - I needed someone of Yusef’s character and quality to see the sale through to fruition. I wish I could give him another five stars!
