I've been getting spammed by Zack's for years, no email filter can stop their emails. Unsubscribe to no avail, I went online to maybe call them just to waste their time too, but I can't waste the time, but a one star review is my contribution. Any company that spams this effectively I would beware of, not being able to be unspammed, and that they have some kind of email setup that can't stop them. I would Avoid.

Well clearly Zack’s has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I purchased over 30 stocks in a year and 23 of them lost money. Zacks has a “Money back guarantee” - DONT BELIVE IT. They use the loopholes to get out of it. This is part of my email and Kurt Fraser who works for Zacks - his response. Even though I had 23 stocks lose money because I didn’t sell 24 hrs after they said to they won’t refund my $6000! They say even though the stock lost 10% when they sold, because I didn’t sell within 24hrs they say it doesn’t qualify lol. I have no doubt they have never given a refund. Complete scam STAY AWAY!

i keep getting emails from them after i tell them to unsubscribe me from the list. I they cant follow a simple instruction like remove from their email list,would you trust them with your money

This is a scam. Their advice is worthless. I cancelled my subscription after less than 2 weeks. They continue to spam me. I get 3-4 spam e-mails from them each day.
Stay away from Zack.

Worst possible advise given to me by their analysts, possibly adversarial deception, so bad, it may literally be fraud. The track record they boast about on their picks beating the S&P500 seem to be false claims. I consider this a very serious crime if they purposely defrauded me. If it is up to me, I would consider putting them in prison for life potentially for being the latest batch of losers in a long list of losers who defrauded me. All 17 picks from their list of recommendations permanently lost 99-100% value in a few weeks time. Consider that before trusting them.

These people are horrible. Once they have your email address you cannot get rid of them. I've unsubscribed, doesn't work. I've blocked them and they somehow get past the block. I've finally telephone them and asked them to remove my information.

They have offered some good insight and direction. Ultimately as the consumer it's up to me to decided what I really want to do with the information provided. I never follow blindly and this has paid off for me.

I can’t recommend Zacks enough! If you have any extra cash that you can invest, call them up. You won’t regret it!
