I worked at Zacks for around 6 months in 2010, and it was probably the worst-managed company I've ever worked at. The entire place (from the CEO Len Zacks on down) is only interested in making a buck no matter how shoddy their product or ethics. Literally every meeting was a screaming match between sales and IT/Analysis, constant profanity, people unhappy, and corporate customers enraged. They would even keep the desks and heating system at minimal to save $. If this sounds like a place which you want to buy something from, then by all means give them a try, otherwise beware.

Lately I made a lot of investments, where comments comes only once a week and it is already not the first time, when editor promise to post commentary, but she didn't. I don't want to trust investor advisor who don't keep her promises, and its already was not once...

As everything regarding investment, you have to know what are you doing, having their advice or not! I use their services mainly for my own searching. I'm doing really good! But also don't bother to call them for questions, quite a few of them are cocky little sit 😉 . My English is not my first language, so I just hope those nasty, arrogance guys or girls there have a little patience listening or answering my questions. I'm sure you go to this far you must have had some willing hands to give you a hand in your career or life. So please be mindful, a little humble, patient and nice would go a long way! And I also talked to a few who are exceptional helpful. Thank you for those!

Well clearly Zack’s has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I purchased over 30 stocks in a year and 23 of them lost money. Zacks has a “Money back guarantee” - DONT BELIVE IT. They use the loopholes to get out of it. This is part of my email and Kurt Fraser who works for Zacks - his response. Even though I had 23 stocks lose money because I didn’t sell 24 hrs after they said to they won’t refund my $6000! They say even though the stock lost 10% when they sold, because I didn’t sell within 24hrs they say it doesn’t qualify lol. I have no doubt they have never given a refund. Complete scam STAY AWAY!

Zacks sold my information to a 3rd party who then began spamming me with "financial" emails. Up to 500 per day! Had to change all my email accounts to new emails, what a hassle. And, money back guarantee?....forget it. They couldn't care less.
