Excellent experience. Most people hate the car buying process because of the "bait and switch." Where dealerships advertise all these great deals and offers, but as soon as you get there you find out you "don't qualify" for any of their "special deals." Then they play games with numbers to make your head swim and somehow the price gets less and less "great." It was SO refreshing not to have that experience at Zeigler Subaru. I had done a lot of research on what my payments should look like. I was SHOCKED that when they drew up numbers, they actually MATCHED my numbers!! AND, I was actually able to upgrade to the next trim package for only a minimal increase in the payment, but it still kept me within my budget. I LOVE my car and I truly appreciate having had such a hassle-free car buying experience.

Andy is very friendly and easy to work with. He brought us the best car purchasing experience. We came from Illinois. It’s well worth the 3+ hour drive and we already told our friends&families about this place. Love life, love Subaru.

As I got out of my car at the dealership, I was immediately approached by the LeRon Franklin. I test drove a Cross trek Wilderness. Liked it a lot , I was downsizing from a Ford Explorer. Ordered it geyser blue, and in a couple of days it arrived. Sealed the deal with no "surprises". Thanks to LeRon and Nia

This dealership has the best service department! Scheduling an appointment is easy, service is done in a timely manner, and the waiting area is comfortable with snacks. I find my service advisor, Anthony, to be knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I feel he cares about me and keeping my car up to date on future service needed.

I had a very good experience with Zeigler Subaru. I would prefer visit again and refer to my friends and family. Mr. Franklin in sales is very good in deal and the deal I got as expected. His deal is so good that you do not need to think twice or not need to visit any other dealer. I locked the deal on same day and next day took my vehicle. No pressure on environmental things. Niana if I am spelling correct she is the manager and explained me each document I was signing. I went back to her even after I took my vehicle and she clarified me on my queries. Overall very good experience and in future if I will buy another one I will first call to Mr. Franklin in Zeigler Subaru. Best of luck team Keep it up !!

The worst car buying experience ever. We purchased a new vehicle from Zeigler Subaru in September. After few days we noticed a spot in the paint on the roof. We sent a picture to our sales person Andy he said no problem we will take care of it. We went to their body shop. Zeigler doesn’t have a body shop so went to their body shops which is a third party shop. The owner of the body shop said he have to remove the windshield, sunroof airbags and the paint would not be as good as factory paint. This is brand new car So here we are with a new vehicle that has a spot in the paint and no one a Zeigler will help us. The customer service at Zeigler sucks. Subaru customer love Sucks too. Zeigler act like it’s are fault. The General Manager took over a month to get back us. I call a few times and left him voicemail no response. We had to drive to the Dealership he was nowhere to be found. Some at the Dealership said he would call you back tomorrow. He did call the next day but no help. He said call Subaru and we did one week ago have heard nothing from them. Dave Fiore. I hope they get this resolved soon.
Well it’s been 3 months since we informed Zeigler about the situation with our car. We have been on the phone with Subaru and they just keep telling us that they are working on this problem. Subaru keeps call Zeigler to get some information about the situation and Zeigler is very slow at getting back to Subaru. We have just learn that Subaru has elevated it to upper management. In closing the warranty for Subaru sucks and Zeigler sucks too very Rude people at Zeigler don’t buy a vehicle from them. I have come to realize that you don’t care about people or customer service. I have contacted you numerous time without any response. You have just referred me to Subaru. Subaru customer service team is all talk no action. We need this from the dealer we will get back to you in 48 hours no call back. I have called multiple times and no answer from Subaru. This has going on for too long. I will never buy another Subaru again from Zeigler or take my vehicle back for repairs. The Worst customer service ever in my lifetime. To the owner comment about my experience. I have reached out to you with a detailed explanation and you where rude and said call Subaru. Why don’t you call me. All we want is to exchange the car for a new car. This what should happen when we contact you about the vehicle.

I was impressed with the transparency and the efficiency in handling the sales in the first place, then in handling the paperwork when I went to pick up the car. My salesman, Chase, gave me yes or no answers when applicable, answered every question, provided me with every detail of the financial breakdown without me asking. The business office was equally efficient, expertly explaining each page I signed, And the woman handling the transaction laughed at my jokes! No surprises at any point of the sale and delivery.
I came to this dealer - after shopping at two others -at the insistence of my granddaughter who has always raved about her car-buying experience with Zeigler Suburu.

I usually sing the praises of this dealership; but they screwed us on this occasion. Booked a service appointment for some specific things and they upsold us by about $1,000. No one could explain why the reason I booked the appointment was not shared in the account notes on the CRM with the service advisor. The Service Manager has applied a nominal credit for future visits; but that doesn’t address the root issue. He also applied a discount when we picked up the car; but that amount keeps changing. First we were told $400, then $600, then $700. Which is it? Doesn’t instill trust; it’s like they are just pulling figures out of thin air. Will probably be back, as our experience has usually been very good. But we now need to be guarded, as the trust has been eroded.
