Same story that seems to be a very common issue with this company. Came to the property talked a great game. I was super excited to work with them. He didn't want to do a contract because he is a, " hand shake kind of guy." After 3 months and countless phone calls to the company with no return calls I moved on. I would avoid this company they are a waist of time.

First time in my life that I've given 2 stars. Zenovic dragged their feet preparing drawings promised much sooner, which pushed us into a winter build that I was trying to avoid. I will not use their services in the future.

Amazingly enough I had an identical experience with them. They visited my property twice. The engineer indicated on the last visit he would plans ect to finish/revise our cottage. He never completed them. Moreover after that he ignored my phone calls and emails. What a loser.

The worst communicators I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. They conducted two site visits and agreed to design remediation plans for our home. 1.5 years later and no results. No updates, despite us begging for any sort of indication that work was happening. Total fraudsters.

They are excellent engineers for drawing up plans
