Great apartments for rent. Maintenance guys are really nice and handle everything in a timely manner. Office management was great.

House was filthy when we moved in, mold in bathroom that was never dealt with, water damage in basement that wasn’t dealt with. AC didn’t work. overpriced compared to anywhere else in morgantown. They lost 1/3rd of our deposit and came up with silly reasons as to why we couldn’t get another 3rd of it back. Awful people and hard to work with. No respect for their tenants whatsoever.
