He helped stage my home with my own furnishings and he brought in some of his own staging decor to help create value where needed. He had the yard cleaned up and took a load to the dump for me. He has an excellent photographer who works well with John. Watching John get my home ready to hit the market was pretty impressive. John brought me 2 full price offers in the 1st week but unfortunately the buyer we picked lost his job and had to cancel.
