The Artisan is a lovely place to live. It is pet friendly, clean, beautiful and has a lot of amenities including a game room, hot tub, gym and pool!

Jacqueline is super friendly & helpful. She is a great staff member and makes you feel very welcome and a part of the community.

I’ve lived in The Artisan for three years, and it’s a truly phenomenal place to live. The apartment and amenities are fantastic, and everything is very clean and safe. But most importantly, the staff are absolutely incredible! Jaqueline is always so friendly and welcoming, and is such a bright spot of the day every time I run into her. And Horacio is also super friendly and always on top of everything. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled promptly and amazingly. Would highly recommend staying here!

I lived at the Artisan for three years and found it nothing short of amazing. You can find beautiful, luxury apartments anywhere, but the team here is what makes it a home. Horacio has been the most attentive and professional Maintenance Director I've met. His efforts to make sure this community is safe, clean, well kept, and the tenants are taken care of is bar none. Jacqueline always made me feel heard when I needed anything from the office crew, and has a knack for creating a warm and welcoming environment. This is a fantastic team and I will miss them dearly!

I've been living at The Artisan for 10 months, and I love it here. It's in a great location with easy access to the Hwy 101 and stores such as Safeway, Peet's and Noah's Bagels. The apartments are modern and spacious. The leasing agents and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. I love the pool, the gym, and the stylish indoor community space. There's even a place designated for washing our dogs! The amenities, grounds, and common areas are beautifully kept. I am very happy here.

We've been living at The Artisan for about 5 months now and can easily say this is the best complex we've ever lived in. The staff working in the leasing office are very kind and willing to help with anything you need. Horacio and Alan do a great job in quickly taking care of service requests and always do so with a great attitude. We're really happy with our experience here so far!

I want to take the time to thank all the staff. Jacqueline and Alexander are amazing, always attentive and helpful. Shout out to the maintenance crew Horacio & Allen, they go above and beyond to maintenance requests and are very professional. This has truly been a postive experience.

I can't believe how amazing this place and the staff are! I feel like I've been spoiled by this apartment complex. When we showed up unexpectedly on a Saturday to look around, Alexandr was so kind and showed us every available apartment. We fell in love, and the leasing and moving-in process went so smoothly with the help of Alexandr and Jacquline. Jacquline, Alexandr, Horacio, and Alan are just incredible at their jobs and always make you feel at home. The property is always in great condition, and any maintenance needs are taken care of promptly by Horacio and Alan, who are always so friendly and smiling.
