Let me tell you about Shaun Alston not only as a realtor but another side of his service. I hope that this story will convince you on why to choose him.

I’m not going to mention any builders name just to protect their reputation. After Shaun sold our home, we were in process of purchasing a brand new home. We watched that home transformed from dirt to foundation, to a 2 story drywall where we can walk-through the layout. It was amazing and beautiful to see it form and was looking forward to a November move in.

Then a new builder came in next to our new home. We looked at their model and found out that it offered more, such as a third car garage including a washer and dryer hook-up in the multi generation room and additional 600 square feet more for about the same price! It was a complete home for our big family.

So I contacted the sales agent and they told me straight forward that there is a cancellation fee called “Liquidated Damages” I was very disappointed about the amount. It was close to purchasing a brand new car. My loss was their gain and nothing could stop them. My wife and I were distressed and emotional wiped out day after day because knowing that there was a home bigger with the structure needs that fulfilled our family needs.

This is when I needed Shaun not only as a realtor but also as an advisor and a wonderful friend who watched out for the little guys and hardworking people like my family.

He went to work and got his team members together Alex, Dave, including his lawyer. He communicated with the builders and did everything to protect us. He was the driving force behind tough situation. He went through a lot to help us. Every week he would communicate with us and tell us about what he went through but told us not to worry because his goal was to get us through this‼️

So with that home, Shaun gave us 3 options. To pay the liquidated damages, hire a lawyer, or sell that home. We went through every situation and possibilities. And what I learned from Shaun was that he recommended us to take the lesser hit. It was the right decision that played a role in the biggest sale of that home.

Shaun did his job by staging room by room and making the house look like a model. It looked flawless very modern and gorgeous. Then he listed the home generating multiple offers and sold it in 10 days. What a quick return!

Timing was everything for us to get the home that we really wanted with huge savings. To take the lesser hit was satisfying for me and my wife. Thank you Shaun for being there not only as a realtor, but a guiding light in the perseverance that we went through.

Now that the burden is over Shaun is helping us through in our new home currently in construction. We are very blessed to have Shaun as our realtor 🙏

I met Shaun Alston over 2 decades ago when I was in high school. He helped my grandmother buy and sell two houses. I remember the stories she would tell me about how wonderful the experience was. I always told myself, if I ever buy a house, I wanted to use Shaun Alston.

I recently sold those 3 houses and bought my 2 brand new houses. Shaun was the reason all of this has happened for me. I went from a small inexpensive starter house to living in the lap of luxury in million-dollar homes. I've seen him win so many awards, I've seen him on TV shows, and TV news and radio shows. I understand why he's won every award in real estate and was in Forbes magazine. Shaun is a triple threat. Shaun is an award winning builder, an award winning interior designer, and an award winning real estate broker.

A couple of the houses I sold were vacant and his company "stages" the house for FREE! His interior design firm will stage any of his listings for FREE!!!!!! This helped my house's sell faster and for top dollar.

I would recommend Shaun without any hesitation, and I rarely recommend anybody.
