My husband and I moved here last year we are absolutely in love with our apartment! The hard work and detail put into these by the Tiber creek staff is amazing. We love the color of our walls to the carpet and hardwood. The pool gym and jacuzzi are great extras ! Clarissa has been amazing in always helping and making us feel at home ! We truly appreciate her hospitality!

I went for a tour with Kylie and she was amazing. So sweet and really nice, she even gave me a tour of what she called the "community". I thought that was cute. Gym is big, pool and hot tub looked clean and well taken care of.

Apartments at an awesome value! Close to a fun downtown, lots of bike trails & good restaurants. The maintenance and office staff are incredibly hard working and kind. The pool is a great perk and always maintained well. Thanks Kylie for signing us up a few months ago!

Not a bad apartment complex for college. I was there for one year since I graduated, but if I had more school I’d move. The maintenance staff is the best! They’re polite, speedy, and helpful. The office is horrendous. One morning they shut out water off without saying anything, but when we asked they said something should have been sent out. One woman in there is rude, and I could tell she was talking down to me probably since I was a college student. They also forgot to pay our wifi bill one month, and then blamed us. Not a fan, I’d keep looking.

I’ve lived here before and planned to live here again this year, however I applied for a furnished apartment, and I only found out after they took my deposit that they placed me in a standard apartment without asking me first. Afterward I tried to cancel my application, they then said my cancellation was outside of their range which they never explicitly told me what their range was for cancellations, so they decided to keep my deposit. They never answer their phone otherwise I would’ve gotten ahold of them much quicker. They hide behind their corporate rules and have no problem taking your money for malicious reasons, extremely disappointed.

Ruby was very fantastic and helped me review my lease. Shannon was very helpful when I first was getting this apartment. I also remember when Ruby, Megan, and Kelsey who were their that gave me and probably everyone else free food for when finals were going on so you wouldn't have to worry.
Great place for anyone going to school.

Edited: I once gave it 5 starts because it does have a nice staff and people their are and will always stay incredible but my experience was a bit terrible living in the room. I get that the room doesn't have an cooler or heater for every room but still my room experience was bad.
1st my windowsill would leak water when it rained like wtf I'm here trying to stop it from draining. This it was like that for like six months, because I had asked them to fix that several times and the only way to see if it was fixed was in the rain so every time it rained, I would have to rush to prevent mold.
2nd: My rooms moisturizer was high idk was that but I needed to keep the kingdom cracked inorder to prevent the window from getting water on it.
3rd: when I left i was still hit with the charges of them doing work and they pretty much just kept my deposit, and I still had to pay a little extra on top.

Honestly, these apartments were extremely flexible with anything you needed assistance with! I did not realize until I moved how horrible apartment management can be to you! Timber Creek staff were beyond excellent and always exceeded my expectations whether it be a maintenance request or assistance with billing, lease, etc. Kelcie Fields was AMAZING. I lived in apartment 92 for 10 months and I only moved because I relocated to Sacramento! I now go to Sacramento, State University, and I also live in a similar set up student housing and they absolutely could care less about your leasing problems. Their staff is unprofessional, and seriously have zero regard for anything except for charging you as MUCH as they can. Very grateful for the timber Creek experience! Also Shout out to Ruby who got me my apartment in September of 2022 (don’t think she works here anymore :,( ❤️❤️ last thing i’d like to add is that these apartments are EXTREMELY affordable and really care about students paying a fair price yet getting quality amenities including FREE PARKING (amazing!!)
