I must be honest, I never understood why agents make so much in commissions. Working with Chris quickly showed me why. He represented me well, keep me well informed and moved the process along quickly. I can honestly say that he works hard and is in your corner. I always knew what was happening, who we were waiting for, what I could be doing to keep the process moving along and it was never with any pressure. Chris did a wonderful job of being professional, supportive and he went out of his way to make sure that I always understood all options afforded to me.

The best sentence Chris said to me was “you did your part getting the house ready to sell, now take a break and let me do my work”. Believe me, that was said at the right time!
