This is a beautiful property and in a great location and many of the units have been updated and look amazing. The only and main issue here in my opinion is the board and mgmt - the community is not treated with respect and there is a lot of confusion and extremely dated archaic by laws and policies. Many moved in because of an attendee gate but that was reduced to only evening hours. I heard a lot of rumors when I moved in about a lot of problems and unfortunately they have all proven to be true. One neighbor in particular that has harassed others - even the owner before me - continues to harass people despite the by-laws saying the standard to be ‘the golden rule’. There have been multiple complaints and she continues to call the police on neighbors (the police are already very familiar with her) and record them with her cameras to get her neighbors in trouble even though that type of camera use includes placing her cameras in a position that goes against by-laws.

I love the gorgeous beauty this property sits on, but unfortunately it has been nothing but drama and literally Jerry sprinter style board meetings-I regret moving here but hope by some good luck better people take over and the community will be a peaceful secure home for those who purchased here and would like to come home to the worth of what is paid for in high HOA fees.

We are told ‘Zoom is not in the budget’ to allow residents unable to physically be present at meetings to still participate despite this being 2025 and we have an amazing gorgeous Olympic sized pool that had weeds growing in the brick flower boxes all summer.

I’m so disappointed to have had such a horrible experience here in beautiful Sandy Springs. This is a first for me - I’ve lived in Georgia all my life in Brookhaven, Dunwoody, stone mtn, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Two stars for being a cute place, but only two stars due to the incredibly annoying HOA Karens and the predatory booting company (citywide parking llc, currently getting sued). Booted for several hours multiple times while living here despite being in the correct designated area. Also had a lovely HOA Karen neighbor who would watch people in the parking lot from her window so that she could tape notes on their cars reminding them of the rules, though she constantly broke rules herself (walking her dogs off of leashes, not picking up their droppings). Weird place to live overall.

Absolutely worst place I've ever been to. The woman who was checking in cars was being waaaay too thorough and causing a blockage on the main road. I'm just trying to do a five minute delivery, not rob the place. Hire more competent people and stop giving such a crap about your low income condos.

Visited here to see my family today and got our car booted for absolutely NO reason. I did not see a single piece of signage that warns people of car booting (Which is what is required by Georgia law!!). My poor uncle had to pay $75 for them to remove an illegal boot. Also, this has got to be the least ADA-friendly place I've ever seen.

I've been reading other 1- and 2-star reviews of this shady area and I have to say that based on this single incident alone, I 100% agree that the HOA is corrupt, even though I do not, never have, and most definitely will not ever live here. They are willingly hiring a company that has SEVERAL negative reviews on Yelp due to their shady, immoral, and predatory business practices.

My son recently purchased a condo here. This is an older development, but it was built very solid and has been updated over the years. There is plenty of parking both for residence and guests. The property is gated with a guard at the entrance, and a visitor pass is required for non residents. Nice pool and clubhouse, plus other amenities!

I have lived here for 20 years and I love it! The property management is great, always so helpful. Melanie, the Property Manager, is awesome! I have seen quite a few property managers over the years, and I was so happy when she was promoted a few years ago. She has truly connected with the homeowners and established trust. For the first time in many years, I trust that if I have an issue, there will be follow up, and she won't quit until it's resolved. Additionally, during a time when we needed it, she organized events on the property, including monthly food trucks and a Halloween event, so that homeowners could connect, while still being safe. People are much friendlier since. I would highly recommend living here!

There is a lot of misinformation in some of these reviews. Many people are complaining about parking. Here is the story about parking. Each homeowner is supposed to get one parking sticker per bedroom. Many only have one or two cars. So some of them were getting the third sticker (with a three bedroom unit) and giving the extra sticker to significant others, family, or friends. Also, some residents had too many cars, and were getting visitor passes on a daily basis, and then parking four or five cars in prime spots instead of parking in overflow parking (visitor parking). So then, homeowners, such as myself, would come home in the evening and not be able to park at their building. I have a three bedroom and I only have one car. I couldn't park next to my building. Around November of 2016, the board started enforcing existing rules that weren't previously being enforced. That's it. And now, for the past two years, I have had a place to park next to my building every single night. It has been great. Most of the people complaining are just angry because the board started getting our parking situation under control. I've even personally heard some homeowners complain that "there are plenty of open parking spaces, we don't need to enforce parking rules." Which is a ridiculous thing to say. We have open parking spaces because rules are being enforced. Many of the negative reviews are angry about parking, so they are complaining about every little thing, and spreading misinformation. We do not have 600 units. That is made up. And the association dues are based on the number of bedrooms. So they aren't $300 for every unit. The board has worked to hard to maintain the property. Sometimes rules can be inconvenient. But most of the time, rules prevent other residents inconveniencing their neighbors. Everything is good at Foxcroft. We just have a few complainers.

I have lived here since 2001. Since the board has changed in the past year-and-a-half, the place has become a lot friendlier and better. The office manager and her assistant has done an excellent job. They both have made the place a lot safer and friendlier. There's always room for improvement in a community this size, but it seems like we're moving in the right direction.
