This place is a real gem! You know that you are in a local diner when there are Polaroid photos of the regulars framed on the walls. Very affordable and great value. Big portions - the side pancake was bigger than the platter that it came on! For $0.65, they stuffed the pancake with so many blueberries! It was 50% purple! I bet they were even local blueberries! We each got a Benedict and my corned beef Benedict was amazing. The yolks were golden and thick and it was not too salty. My wife got the two crab cake Benedict and even though I am a Maryland crab cake snob, they were legit! The staff gave genuinely friendly local service. I hope we get to return to this cute little diner on our way back to the airport in Burlington, Vermont!

I’m normally picky and perhaps “judgmental” when it comes to reviewing food and service at an establishment, so I have to admit I was pretty surprised today. The waitress was nice, fast, great memory, didn’t bombard us constantly, but we always had something to drink and felt taken care of. The food was fast, but it was GOOD. I never go out for breakfast because why pay for something you can make better at home? But this time I was actually surprised, everything was really good and they took other reviews feedback because let me tell you - it was SEASONED! I got strawberry shortcake pancakes, home fries, and a side of biscuit and gravy. My mom got the meal with the eggs, sausage, biscuits, home fries, and a side of French toast. I don’t normally enjoy diner home fries, they’re normally spongy, but these were PERFECT! Nice crisp on the outside and perfect potato textured on the inside, seasoned very well. Everything was very tasty and they actually made my mom over-medium eggs (which I have surprisingly never seen a diner be able to do whenever we order over-medium). Overall, it was just very good and great service and I was impressed enough to leave a review. It could use a renovation to add more room and get new booths as they are extremely tight, but the plus side is that they let you choose your seating so we were able to go to a table instead.

This place is very quaint, sure its and older building but isnt that where ya find the best food? Id like to think so and i have been foming to the milton diner for several years now it seems, even before i moved up to the area i was visiting enjoying their wears.
A definite mon an pop diner. FOR. SURE. The staff is kind and personable, the entry to service is simple. Come in sit down, have patience, they get busy sometimes and sometimes theres only one waitress, i wouldnt hold that against the business as its hard times as it is and having one waitress take on 30 people and continue smiling is a brilliant source of strength.

Cute lil greasy spoon option in Milton, VT. I enjoyed my French toast a lot and thought the price was worth the hearty portions given. The restaurant itself is a little small so expect to wait a bit before getting a table. In addition, I thought some of the options on the menu were sort of limited but I would go back again definitely if we were in the area!

Solid locally owned diner. Great food and the option to have a cocktail with your omelet sounds great (even though I don't drink). The only thing keeping this from being a true five star rating is that eating area is extremely small. While that adds to the charm, it can take awhile to get a table, but it's worth it.

My eggs benedict was overcooked. Eggs not even runny, like hard boiled eggs. Corned beef hash wasn't bad, English muffin was very good, coffee was very good. Hashbrowns weren't great, no seasoning at all. Overall it was okay.
