5/5 stars! Can’t say enough great things about Mietzner Group and our stay at Silver Creek Apartments in Bothell. We would’ve renewed our lease for another year if we weren’t moving to the east coast. Ben worked with us from start to finish and he was great! Always super responsive to any questions we had and confirmed all maintenance requests we sent in. Maintenance was always on property and worked with us in a timely manner.

We rented the biggest floor plan of the three options (2 bed/2 bath) and were worried about fitting all our stuff at first but it ended up being the perfect size. For the price, size, location, and overall look of the place we got a good deal. Our place included a garage and everything else is open parking. There was never a time where we weren’t able to find parking for our second car. Water was also included so we just had to set up gas/electricity. We were told we were the first to move in so appliances, etc. were new!

Neighbors are very respectful and to themselves. We never noticed any problems and our building specifically was very friendly/quiet. We did notice a good amount of people moving out the last few months, but couples/families moved in very quickly after! Highly recommend! Keep up the great work Ben and the rest of Mietzner Group 😄

I would like to thank Mietzner Group for giving my family a temporary home!

Every company may have their negative times however, we all try do our best and learn from it! They definitely met our needs and expectations when needed! Ben & Sheri are great very responsive and helped us when needed. The team was quick on responding to work orders which is always a great quality being a renter.

Again thank you Mietzner team most especially Ben Mietzner & Sheri Love. We cant thank you guys enough!

I’ve lived at Cherrywood for 3 years now, and we absolutely love the community and our home. Management has changed a few times, but I’ve always had a quick response from both management and maintenance when needed. I love the layout of our apartment and the outdoor space as well. The best part of living here is our neighbors. There are many young families (young professionals as well) and there is just such a sense of community between the majority of neighbors. The kids all play together, the adults chat and I know if I ever needed anything, I have a host of people who would help out.

We rented one of the Cherrywood townhomes for three years, and overall we were pleased with our experience. The property manager turnover during our time there was high and a couple of them were awful, but they didn't last long so it didn't impact us much. The current property manager Ben is awesome. Over the last year or so, maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and communication was great, even during COVID.
The townhomes are large for the rent, and the huge master bathroom (soaking tub!) was beyond anything I ever expected to find in a rental. Overall we would recommend renting from the Mietzner Group.

I've lived in Aspen Meadows for a while now and I can say without a doubt this group has been the best landlord/property manager we have experienced.

I was surprised at the value (in terms of quality AND $/sq ft) the townhomes in our neighborhood had, plus the maintenance team (especially Chuck) were incredibly quick to respond (even in COVID) and extremely knowledgeable to fix any situation we came across. Both Ben and Nicole went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated, and listened to any issue we might have had. I would definitely recommend working with this company if you get the chance!

I’ve lived at the Cherrywood Apartments for 3 years now, and can confidently say that living through them has been a breeze. Maintenance requests were always competed quickly and correctly. Ben, the property manager, is available to help with general questions. I called about parking lot lights being out and the following day there was a team fixing the issue. Five stars from me for the apartment complex and service I received from the Mietzner investments LLC.

This group had the audacity to give one of their contractors the "go ahead" to climb my trees to trim branches that are hanging over the property on which they are building. You can imagine my surprise to see limbs falling off of my trees with a gentleman and his chainsaw in the tree on my property. The owner called and simply said "my bad" and thought that he could make it all better by buying me a gift card of sorts. A gift card does not relieve you of the duty of lawfully gaining permission from a property owner to trim branches from their trees. Respect for the neighborhood in which you are profitting would be a much better value for your company and your employees and for our community.

Recently, bought a new home from Mietzer group and on the day I closed, I expected the home to be clean and touch ups to be addressed but, it is a mess. The home is messy and unclean. I should be happy and enjoy the feeling of being a first time home buyer but, not feeling it.
