This is hard to write, because I have now known Nina for just about a decade and through that time she's become kind of an additional family member with all of us. Nina has been there for our family’s big milestones like new family members and discovering dream homes but also right there in the trenches with us shedding probably more tears than we'd all like to admit and wading through legit upper level stressful situations. It's kind of hard to not get close when you've been through so much together and yet somehow through the highs and lows she’s always incredibly pleasant to be around.

Nina can do the easy stuff sure, but more importantly she's not going to head for the hills when stuff gets hard either. We had a house that took almost 2 1/2 years to build. Builder sprung all sorts of sketchy stuff at us, you name it. Here's the crazy part- the sellers broker? Bounced. Nina? Just dug in. It's really hard to sum up such a long period of time where we were literally talking either daily or multiple times a day to complete this deal, but I know our family will always be indebted to her. I actually kind of miss our daily calls putting out fires and somehow ending the day feeling like we were moving in the right direction.

Nina has also sold two houses for us and I have always 100% stood by her judgement when it comes to staging, photos and pricing. Nina knows her markets and both houses sold within a week, even in this more challenging market for a very competitive price. Not sure you can ask for more than that.

To sum it up, Nina is an upper tier broker who became an upper tier friend and someone I can confidently recommend to help you buy and sell your home. I have personally referred her to countless people including family members and I’m confident she will treat you with the same grace she has with us.
