Just purchased a home in Sun Country Cle Elum and Jill Gunderson was the listing agent from this Windermere office. There was an issue with how the purchasing document was drawn up from my realtor on my behalf that I felt was kind of a grey area. Kitty Walace was kind enough to return my phone call and listen to my concerns and after our conversation I feel completely at peace with how the situation was initially handled. Kitty provided some clarification and some great advice for my future home purchases. I appreciate the level of respect, kindness, and class from this Windermere agency. Jill Gunderson was amazing in dealing with my realtor and we closed on the house in about 2 weeks. This Windermere agency is more than deserving of a 5 star review. Great people!

I've known Kathy for more than ten years both professionally and personally.
Kathy is hard working, honest, and always has her clients best interest at heart. She listens and tries very hard to understand her clients needs. Her negotiation skills are top notch and her knowledge of the area is invaluable. Trust me, you need a realtor that understands and has extensive knowledge of this area!

Jan Wanechek is fantastic! Jan assisted us in the purchase of two building lots as well as the sale of one lot and he helped make both process incredibly smooth and easy. He spent time discovering what it was we were looking for and researched each parcel before sending them as potentials to view. He gave us great information as well as insights abut each one so we could make the best decision. Jan is incredibly knowledgeable not only about real estate but about the local area as well so you know you are getting a full picture of what you are viewing. If you want someone to help you find the right place (land or home), will be in communication with you and will walk you through the process of not only looking but closing when you find that perfect place, look no further than Jan. A+! My husband and I bought our first ever home last summer through Jan Wanechek. The loan process ended up taking much longer due to the type of first time home buyer loan we decided to go with and because the house was a Short Sale. Jan was on top of everything all of the time and was constantly doing what he could to help move things along. He even worked when he should be off the clock. Jan is the kind of honest that's hard to find these days- especially in the real estate realm. If you use Jan, you'll know where your listing or offer stands and know he won't be pulling any "fast ones" on you. He explained everything in the paperwork so well, we never were concerned about what we were getting ourselves into. He will have your best interest in mind, and will get your deal closed ASAP. We are so happy with our house! We will definitely use him again if we buy any other local property.

We worked with Jan Wanechek to purchase a cabin near Cle Elum after being referred by friends who recommended him. We didn't have a very clear search image when we started, so we were especially appreciative of Jan's patience as we visited more than a dozen different properties around the area over a series of weekends. As we started to narrow our search, Jan's local knowledge was invaluable for avoiding things like excessive wind exposure, difficult winter access and the like that weren't apparent on nice summer days.
