The person in the office I dealt with while applying for the apartment was very prompt in her responses and helpful answering questions. I looked at the place today and wanted the move in to be tomorrow and she made it happen. We handled everything online and I didn’t have to drive to the office to sign the lease or get the keys. It was very convenient.

I had a wonderful experience with the maintenance team (Adam stauffer and Josh Notbusch.) They quickly repaired and explained the issues at hand to help me understand what caused the problem and what to do in the future. They let me know if it ever happens again, they’d come out and fix it right away. Both men were very respectful the entire time.

Painfully mismanaged group. Definitely made purely for profit turnaround for minimal meaningful effort.
There are a few better property management groups around, never trust the high star ratings. They're always coerced and asked to leave good reviews.

In a good area. Close walking distance to downtown and the Riverwalk. The property managers all work very hard to keep the property maintained and are easy to communicate with. Right next to a school.

Nicole and Cal made this move the easiest I have ever experienced. They worked consistently with my schedule and answered all of my emails and questions immediately so I could prepare best. The tennant portal is so user friendly and setting up my utilities only took one quick phone call. Five stars!

Maybe they should include more than all applicants income must be 3 x’s the rent on the application before people go and spend $140 to fill them out. Thanks, I hope our money goes to good use.
