Ellena property manager had my U-Haul towed when I was in process of .moving just so she could park her car there there have been 3 other U-Hauls here in last week and she only towed mine.
She is unprofessional she even advised us to defraud salvation army for funding when she botched the funding we already had through Shalom center.
She's a liara riminaland she should not have hejo. She has. I even think she is the one stealing my packages when they aret dropped off up front by her office.
Absolutely recommend to not rent from this place..
You will regret lit ohand the rent price she said it was 1000 a month now she's trying to charge me 1264 a month how do I get number of the owner I want to speak with her boss....

These buildings are constantly infested with bed bugs, roaches, and mice. The head office woman is EXTREMELY rude and actually brought my 60 year old mother to tears after a bed bug was found in my mothers apartment. My sister moved out of her apartment (different building but same management) just months prior due to constant problems with bugs and mice. Its disgusting and I wouldn't advise anyone to ever rent from these people!

The management is really helpful and they helped me with my first apartment. Maintenance was also super helpful. I read the other reviews where people said they had issues but I never had any of those, which I'm really happy about. Overall, I recommend it because their prices are really cheap and I didn't have problems when I lived there.

Got evicted for outside residents fighting in a bad neighborhood “36st “ Kept full security deposit. Wouldn’t recommend, racist bigget, kick African American woman with child out who was always on time and mind business.

Worst place to ever rent from! Mice infested. Apartments look like trap houses & the landlord is Money hungry and will try to evict you. Wouldn’t suggest renting from them.
