I was pleasantly surprised after my boos had booked this company online whom I hadn't heard of before. The pick up was a bit of a wait nothing too terrible but the lady had me driving in no time. There was a gas station nearby to refill my car on return which meant I didn't have any brutal charges and drop off was easy. I would use them again. The Car was comfortable and had the stones to ensure i had power when i needed it at any speed.

The rental car facility was very well organized and set up. The workers were friendly and helpful. I had to catch a plane train to get to the facility. It was very simple but it may take a few minutes to get there as there are lots of stops between the airport and the rental car facility.

It's close to the airport with frequent shuttles, but having plenty of time is important as they are often full. I don't like that the facility has no short term parking. I needed to go back to the rental agency counter, but they only had a rental car return access. It wasn't important enough to take the time to park in the main airport parking and repeat the shuttle ride. Light rail does have stop in Tukwila (International Blvd), but you have to walk several blocks to get to the rental car building.

It should not take almost 30 minutes to get from the terminal to the rental car facility. But the whole SeaTac experience was wholly frustrating from waiting for a gate to open, then waiting over 30 minutes to receive checked luggage, and then another 30 minutes to get to the rental car location.

From arrival by plane to leaving the airport, it added over 90 minutes to the SeaTac experience. That is absolutely worst from a passenger perspective.

On the positive side, the very adequate staffing and courteous customer service at Avis was top notch.

We rented through Budget, and they have shuttle bus to and from the rental car facility. The process was quick. They asked for a driver's license and credit card for the security deposit. They handed us the paper to take down stairs where they have all the cars. We gave the paper to the attendant downstairs, and he gave us our options of cars. We selected and drove to the check out guys to let us out.

Had a hertz reservation, was bussed to rental center, stood in line a bit then was told had to go downstairs to other Hertz where I stood inline longer. Only one attendant. Finally got car was given a 2025 Jeep compass, AWD. Good car. Service could be faster

As a Hertz Gold member, there was no wait—I was able to go straight to my car, which was clean and ready to go. The return process was also fast and hassle-free.

Probably the best rental car facility I've been to anywhere in the world. All of the rental car shuttle buses at the airport go to this facility so it doesn't matter who you rented with. When you arrive there are ticket counters for every rental car company in the city. I wish all airports would use this facility as a model because it is so efficient.
