These people who run the apartment are scammers.
They took my deposit for an apartment for six months. Never came up with one even though sometimes they would claim, one available but, when I show up they say sorry non available.
I got tired of waiting, when i asked for my deposit they say nonrefundable .
It's a scam to get free money, I will be reporting it to BBB for sure.

I came to inquire about these apartments. The lady at the desk was too occupied to even acknowledge me or help. My 16-year-old observed this. I went up to the lady at the desk and asked her if they had any three bedroom apartments available, to which she replied no. She did not try to engage in any conversation with me. I did however walk the property after walking out of the office. I did smell weed and also seen the pool rules. You could only be at the pool for 2 hours. There were a lot of rules but because of her demeanor and nonchalantness she lost a potential tenant.

The assistant manager Anahi made the long application process as easy as possible. She made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Even though I wasn’t able to see my apartment until the move-in day, I was very pleased on how clean the property was. I recommend you check them out. Very professional staff!

Miguel was the leasing agent that greeted me upon entering. He is very polite and is willing to help in anyway he possibly can. I took a tour and the apartment complex was clean. I do plan on leasing here and I highly recommend Mayfield Park Apartments do to their well kept apartments and great customer service.

The management are the worst i had a maintenance issue for a WHOLE month i kept going back. The assistant in the front didn’t want to listen & brushed me off every time i even put a order 2 times the front assistant were very disrespectful while the office manger was there watching. I used to see a lot of residents complaining about the front desk but this is ridiculous! They came & tried to fix the issue so every time i have an issue i have to go thru this? what are we supposed to do who do i call because the office manger said “ you heard what she said” while i was getting disrespected because i wanted my order to be done

Love the office they are helpful patient caring understanding and welcoming to all and the environment is clean fun to be around as well. Maintenance is always on task and Fidel is harwiejung and bever complains ans is never discouraged. dedication and passion comes from him. The property is always clean Overall great service from everyone office and maintenance. I have lived here for 18years and I love it

I am beyond thrilled to be apart of the Mayfield Park community. The apartments are in a convenient location for my son’s school and daycare. The property is well kept and the office staff are true professionals. I have to personally thank Ms. Keisha for being so thorough with helping me through the application process. Her patience and willingness to help is the reason my boys and I have a new place to call home. I can’t thank her enough! The process was lengthy yet worth it, that gives me the security to know that not just ANYONE can become our neighbor!
