I took my initial review down after talking with the Beloit manager Chloe due to her genuinely being a good person. However we recently moved out and were charged different things for our security deposit including cleaning that definitely was not needed. My first review that I had taken down after Chloe asking nicely, was regarding maintenance entering the apartment without notice. I left a voicemail for upper management regarding the move out invoice and they of course haven't responded. It has been over two weeks. This company does nothing but try to take every last penny they can screw you over for. The apartments are made to look expensive with cheap material, the corporate management can't seem to get anything together. My advice to everyone is not to rent these apartments. There are so many other issues I could note about these buildings but other reviews speak towards it as well.

Doesn't support veterans and/or people with disabilities. Read the reviews, I wish I would have - especially in regards to property managers. Calling corporate does nothing.

We are working on our 4th manager in less than 2 years!!!!! Place is not being kept up. Cannot even access the parking garages when it snows because no one salts the approach/incline to get up into them. We are paying almost $1500 a month for the privilege of living here and they cannot even afford to stock the public restroom with toilet paper!!!
If you complain to the management, you are listed as a problem tenant and will not be allowed to renew your lease!!! One couple had to apologize and beg to keep their apartment.
Why are we being charged such a premium in rent?

Finally found similar experience from another review. Rental management team in this company is so, so unprofessional. They are defensive, sensitive, and simply cannot respond to a rightful argument. I was so frustrated to call them. They don't try to solve any problem but just question the way I speak. They ask me to change my "tone", even though I did not notice any change. They threat to hang my phone, when I just try to deliver my message.

Unfortunately they have many sites for renting in this area, be careful.

Terrible company. Rent jumped 400 in 1 year! They didn’t do anything to my place prior to moving in and it was straight trash moving in. I had to clean everything. Then they charged me twice for one month and still has not returned my money! They are robbing me! There’s no communication at all with these people and nothing but excuses after excuses!

The appartment services of teronomy builders at hawksridge beloit has been very very poor recently they only care about you when you want to be a resident once you are a resident here they stop responding to your emails and phone calls please re think if you are thinking of renting here as you pay a very high rent for careless service
