I have been a Board Member and the Treasurer of an HOA that DSI manages. It has been terriffic working with them - particularly Shandar and Serena. They have a wonderful positive attitude and really want to help and provide information and support. Both are extremely well organized and it is wonderful how things can move along smoothly and rapidly. They make it clear that our members can also contact them for information and assistance.

I was an advocate for changing from our previous management company and never regretted switching to DSI. It made the Board's job so much easier we can now do many more things for our membership.

No surprise customer service sucks. Inquired about getting a hoa dues late fee waved since I forgot to pay dues when covid hit. Reached out multiple times requesting a credit for the late fee and didn't get a callback or a response by email. Dsi customer service is as bad as the quality of veridian homes.
To your reply, I reached out as soon as I saw the late fee and requested a credit due to the situation. I did not get any response then either so nice try. Sucks you don't reply until someone calls you out.

Serena is a professional, helpful, and kind. She gets back to you extremely quickly and makes it easy to work with her should you have questions about your HOA. I hope that DSI knows what a valuable employee she is and they reward her with a great salary! Sometimes its hard to find someone who has passion for what they do these days, and when you need something you feel like a number. I am grateful she was around to help our family when we needed her.
