Becky was great to work with. She was continuously communicative with me about where my loan was and what was needed. She was flexible with the channel of communication allowing for both email and phone which was great for me as email is much easier for me while at work. She was friendly and honest. We worked with Erik from the Delavan branch and received the best customer service available. Erik not only answered all of our questions as first time home owners but did so around the clock!
